Refund policy

Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

• A Return Authorization (RMA) is required prior to return.

• Custom, special-order, or electrical components are non-returnable.

Fees & Shipping

• A 15–25% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or shipped in error.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

• Allow 5–10 business days for processing.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• No refund will be issued for items that show signs of misuse, incorrect installation, or improper fitment.

• Any evidence of attempted improper installation or modification voids eligibility for refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
